Mathematics

Maths tutor: this is our most popular subject for clients and we offer maths tuition to aid students from Key Stage 1 (KS1) to Key Stage 4 (KS4), in preparation for GCSE, AS-level and A-level. Initially we will ascertain the student’s current ability, strengths and areas for improvement then draw up a session plan to include delivery of maths content with bespoke materials, exercises to aid understanding, problems to be covered during the tutorials, homework and summary sheets. We also offer Further Mathematics A-level tuition.

Science

Science tutor: we offer science tuition to help prepare students for Key Stage 4 (KS4) and GCSE. Physics is offered at AS-level and A-level. Initially we will ascertain the student’s knowledge in key concepts and in problem solving whilst making a judgement on their strengths and areas for improvement. A session plan will then be developed to include coverage of content with bespoke materials, exercises to aid understanding of concepts, example questions and problems to be covered during the tutorials, homework and summary sheets.

English

English tutor: we offer English tuition for early years Key Stage 1 to 11+ students and also offer specific English Language and English Literature support for GCSE to A-level.

ICT

ICT tutor and courses: we offer Microsoft courses which will help you understand how to use Microsoft software efficiently and correctly. There are courses in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook. We also provide tuition for ICT students who need help in their GCSE or A-level ICT.

Engineering

Engineering tutor: MaG has expertise in engineering disciplines studied at university and reinforced with real-world experience in industry. We are therefore able to mentor engineering students at BTEC, HNC/HND and university level. We can help students with technical 2D and 3D mechanical drawings also.

Business Studies

Business Studies tutor: this is an increasingly popular subject at GCSE, AS-level and A-level. If you are looking to study business, gaining an understanding of the core components of business is important and may help you stand out from your peers. Our tutors can help with all business studies qualifications for students at GCSE to College level. We also offer support for new business starters who require help understanding key business concepts and strategy.
